Systems

Complice is a new approach to goal achievement, in the form of both a philosophy and a software system. Its aim is to create consistent, coherent, processes, for people to realize their goals, in two senses:

  • realize what their goals are
  • make their goals a reality

Tools and Services

Concentration

Scientifically engineered music to help you focus, reduce your distractions, and get stuff done

Original isochronic tones and brainwave entrainment audio sessions mixed with music soundtracks and added amplitude entrainment effects, which sync with the isochronic tones

Values

  • I want to automate all tedious routines in my life.
  • Software and hardware around me should behave as if it could read my thoughts.
  • One of the most underrated qualities of a good knowledge worker is the ability to structure information.

Tricks and mindsets

Do little and often

One thing that really helps me feel less overwhelmed is doing a little very often, rather than a lot every now and again, especially to keep on top of my living space and my health. Every time I enter my bedroom, for example, I either do one mini-workout (eg 10 push-ups) or tidy up four things in the space (which sounds like a lot, but putting a single receipt in the bin counts as one thing, and making the bed counts as all four). It gamifies my health and environment, and it stops everything from building up until I have a massive mess in my room and haven’t exercised in ages. Overall, it just makes me feel much more sane and collected.  Samuel, student, Leeds
